Nico is also a creative consultant specializing in unlocking potential and inspiring change. With a unique ability to ignite creativity and spur positive transformations, she offers a refreshing approach to individuals and organizations. Drawing on her real-world experience and fresh perspective, Nico walks alongside clients to unlock the hidden potential within their organization. Understanding the delicate balance between tradition and modernity, she infuses creativity into the organization, engaging new audiences while honoring the values and traditions that make the organization unique.
Dedicated to the empowerment of marginalized communities, and the healing and recovery of religious trauma, Nico's ultimate goal is to ensure that the LGBTQ+ community knows they are loved, accepted, affirmed, and embraced by God even if society does not agree. Through her work with Flaming for Jesus and partnering organizations, Nico strives to create safe inclusive spaces where individuals can explore and reconcile their faith while embracing their sexual orientation and gender identity.
